Scott Rolen (born April 4, 1975) is a former Major League Baseball player who was born in Evansville, Indiana and grew up in nearby Jasper, Indiana.

Rolen graduated from Jasper High School, where he starred in baseball and basketball before being selected by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 1993 MLB Draft. He played 17 Major League seasons with the Philadelphia Phillies, St. Louis Cardinals, Toronto Blue Jays and Cincinnati Reds.

One of the premier third basemen of his generation, Rolen was a seven-time All-Star, eight-time Gold Glove winner and the 1997 National League Rookie of the Year. He helped the Cardinals win the 2006 World Series.

Rolen was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2023, becoming one of the most accomplished Major League players ever born in Evansville.
