Luke Kruytbosch (May 27, 1961 – July 14, 2008) was an American horse-racing announcer best known as the longtime voice of the Kentucky Derby.

Kruytbosch served as track announcer at Churchill Downs from 1999 until his death and called ten Kentucky Derbys. He also had a strong connection to the Evansville area through his work as an announcer at Ellis Park Race Course in nearby Henderson, Kentucky.

Kruytbosch lived in Evansville, Indiana, while working at Ellis Park and was found dead at his Evansville residence in July 2008 at age 47. He is remembered as one of the distinctive voices of American thoroughbred racing.
