David Horsey

David Horsey (born September 13, 1951) is an American editorial cartoonist, columnist and author who was born in Evansville, Indiana. His family moved from Evansville to Seattle, Washington, when he was three years old.

Horsey became a nationally recognized political cartoonist, spending more than three decades with the Seattle Post-Intelligencer and later working for the Los Angeles Times and Seattle Times. He won the Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Cartooning twice, in 1999 and 2003, and his work has been syndicated to newspapers across the United States.
